PAFANA SPECIAL TOOLS.

A good technical infrastructure, modern machinery park and technology allow manufacture of special tools
and complex details to the customer's exact requirements.

Special tools are manufactured in all assortment groups specified in the PAFANA catalogue offer.

They include:
- special turning tools with brazed insert made of sintered carbides,
- special toolholders with removable mechanically fixed indexable inserts,
- special rotary turning tools with brazed insert made of sintered carbides,
special monolith rotary tools made of sintered carbides and high speed steel,
- special rotary tools with removable mechanically fixed indexable inserts,
- special boring bars,
- special task tools – e.g. machiningt of metallurgical rolls.

Special, multipurpose tools increase productivity, shorten treatment time, improve quality of product
and limit numbers of used tools.
PAFANA Design Team is based on experiences and new technologies.
Modern CAD/CAM programs are used while designing special tools and details.
Orders are realized on the basis of documentation submitted by the customer or basing on own structures
prepared by our design team.
Then, the offer drawing is presented to the customer to be approved. We offer our support during
development of technology as well as during implementation of the tool itself to the production.

Optimal manufacture timing, attractive prices and high, repetitive quality distinguish our offer on the
demanding market of special cutting tools.

The tools and details are manufactured on the modern machinery park: 5-axis CNC milling, grinding
centres and 4-axis CNC lathe centres.
